Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of hot meals for children and students of educational institutions in the Tuchowo Commune, i.e. 1) Public Primary School. Bohaterow Westerplatte in Tuchow, ul. Szkolna 3, 87-605 Tuchowo in the amount of up to 31,000 portions of meals,2) Public Primary School them. A. Mickiewicza in Mysakwko, Mysakwko 12, 87-605 Tuchowo in the amount of up to 8,700 portions of meals,3) Bajkowa Kraina Public Kindergarten in Tuchowo, ul. Sierpecka 26, 87-605 Tuchowo in the amount of up to 14,200 portions of meals.2. The maximum expected number of meal servings is 309 per day on operational days institutions (a maximum of 183 days in the case of schools and a maximum of 223 days in the case of kindergartens is assumed).3. The maximum daily expected number of portions of meals in individual facilities is: 1) Public Primary School in Tuchow 178 portions, 2) Public Primary School in Mysakwek 50 portions, 3) Public Kindergarten in Tuchow 81 servings.4. A detailed description and method of executing the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
