Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the preparation and delivery of hot meals for primary school children from January 7, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Note! The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the order completion date due to the prolonged procedure public procurement proceedings. The implementation of the subject of the order involves the preparation and delivery of hot meals for school and kindergarten children to appropriate educational institutions. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided below the relevant Part of the order and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Draft Agreement (valid for Parts 1 and 2), which should be considered together. Part 1. Preparation and delivery of hot meals for children from the Primary School in Duszniki: 1) the subject of the order is a service consisting in on the preparation and delivery of hot meals in the form of one-dish dinners (i.e. soup twice a week, main course with salad three times a week) in the number of meals delivered daily approximately 150 lunches for 186 days, i.e.: expected number of meals during the period order fulfillment: 27,900 (i.e. 150 meals x 186 days);2) One-course dinners should...
