Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: Preparation and delivery of approximately 45 hot, home-made dinners a day in accordance with the Recommendations and Nutrition Standards of the Food and Nutrition Institute in Warsaw, consisting of a first course and a second course. The ordering party purchases basic lunches (approximately 35 lunches) and diet mealsethical (easy to digest diet, about 10 dinners) with the following variants: a) first course - soup min. 400 ml, b) main course min. 400 g, including: potatoes, groats, rice or pasta, with sauce, fat, etc. (alternately) min. 200 g, meat, fish (alternatively), min. 100 g without bones, min. 120 g of bone, salad or jboiled vegetables (alternatively) - min. 100 g, dishes such as: pancakes, dumplings, dumplings, bigos, baked beans, etc. (alternately) - min. 300 g, with 3 (three) meat dinners and 2 (two) meatless dinners a week. In the diet version, you should eliminate hard-to-digest dishes: including: fried bowl, raw, insmoky, pickled vegetables.
