Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the preparation and delivery by the Contractor of one-dish meals for beneficiaries of the Social Welfare Center in Przytoczna, ul. w. Jana Bosco 1, 66-340 Przytoczna, 2. The service includes preparation and delivery of ready-made meals to be eaten as one-dish dinners. The lunches included in the order should be composed in the following proportions: a) 3 times a week 2nd course (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) b) 2 times a week soup (Tuesday, Thursday) 3. The contractor will deliver meals every day from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory days holidays from 10:30 to 11:15.4. Estimated number of meals: 1) One-course dinners 18,426 pieces during the duration of the contract, of which 11,100 - second courses, 7,326 - soups 2) Number of meals served on average daily - 74 portions.5. The ordering party indicates that it envisages the implementation of at least 80% of the above number of meals.
