The subject of the order is the provision of a service called: Preparation and delivery of meals for participants of daily and 24-hour stays at the Residential Care Center in Splno Krajeski. 1) The subject of the order includes the preparation and delivery of meals to the Care and Living Center: for day stay: breakfast, two-course lunch (soup + second course), for a 24-hour stay: breakfast, two-course lunch (soup + second course), dinner.2) The order will be processed 7 days a week for 9 people for a 24-hour stay and for 11 people for a daily stay 5 days a week, i.e. on working days. Delivery address: Centrum Care and Housing, ul. Myska 33a, 89-400 Splno Krajeskie4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
