- 1. The subject of the order is to prepare and deliver, using the Contractor's own transport, a meal (breakfast and a two-course dinner) on working days for participants of the Day Care Home in JastrzΔbie-Zdroj. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide: 1 meal a day in the form of breakfast plus a two-course meal lunch for DDP participants with basic diet, ulcers and diabetics. The number of meals and the scope of daily supplies must be consistent with the complex min. on a given day until 8.00 by the Ordering Party's order. It is agreed that one meal consists of: breakfast and a two-course dinner. Estimated issued during the term of the contract There will be a total of approximately 4,518 meals (breakfast plus a two-course dinner), an average of 18 meals a day2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation will be specified by the Ordering Party in the Description of the Subject of the Order and in the draft contract constituting annexes to this SWZ3. The Ordering Party reserves the right the right to change (including reducing and/or increasing) the amount of meals referred to in point 1 in the following cases: a.
