Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of meals for children attending Primary School. January Uprising in Nowinka, the Branch School in Olszanka and the Branch School in Monkinie in 2026, on the days when the school is open.3.2. The subject of the order includes: 1) preparation and providing meals for children attending Primary School in 2026, on the days when Primary School is open, in the following estimated amounts: 100 children x 170 days = 17,000 pcs.3.3. The ordering party reserves the right to change the number of meals depending on needs. Billing will be based on the meals actually delivered according to the unit price for one meal given in the Offer Form. In the case of an order with a reduced scope than indicated in the subject of the order, the Contractor is not entitled to claim for the uncompleted part of the order.3.4. The scope of the order includes preparation from own products and own deliveries transport and providing meals to persons authorized by the Ordering Party in accordance with the Recommendations and Nutrition Standards of the Institute of Food and Nutrition.3.5.
