Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of the following services of preparing, serving and delivering meals, in quantities and dates adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party: 1) serving and enabling consumption in the city of Rawicz in premises located no more than 2 km from the headquarters of the Center Social Services in Rawicz (hereinafter CUS in Rawicz), a hot meal for eligible residents of the city and commune of Rawicz. Providing and enabling the consumption of meals from Monday to Saturday, i.e.: from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 and on Saturdays from 12:00 to 14:00, using Contractor's tableware. A hot meal consists of: soup or main course: soup: - twice a week - with meat and bread (bucket or 2 slices of bread); second course: - second course meat dinner twice a week (meat dish must be available in at least four types that are not repeated within two weeks; meat dishes do not include liver, black pudding, bigos), - once a week a main course dinner with egg, fish, liver, black pudding, bigos, white cheese - different dishes every week, - once a week - naleni...
