Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of hot two-course meals for approximately 25 monthly adult clients of the Social Welfare Center in Sukowice to their place of residence (in the Sukowice Commune) and to provide some clients with a place (premises) to eat them in the Sukowice Commune. 2. Meals will be prepared and delivered from Monday to Sunday in the period from January 2026 to December 2026.3. The contractor will prepare meals in an establishment entered in the register of establishments subject to official control of the State Sanitary Inspectorate and deliver them to the place of residence. the customer in a ready-to-eat state, by their own means of transport and at their own expense, by means of transport adapted to transport food, while meeting all sanitary and hygienic requirements, in their own specialized thermoses that guarantee maintaining the appropriate temperature and quality transported dishes. Delivery may also take place in disposable containers ensuring proper protection and temperature.4. The Contractor will provide a place (premises) for some people to serve and eat meals in at least one place in fields...
