Description:
3.2 The order provides for the preparation and delivery of two-course dinners with compote for residents of the Senior+ Club in Grajewo, in the amount of approximately 12,000 lunch sets for 2026, i.e. approximately 46 meals with compote per day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Meals implemented as part of the proceedings in question must be prepared in accordance with applicable standards and legal provisions. The contractor will prepare meals in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended), including the implementing provisions to this Act. It is essential to comply with the standards for nutrients and food products specified by the Institute of Nutrition and Food. Meals are to be prepared in accordance with the rules rational nutrition of older people. The Contractor is obliged to maintain the quality of meals in accordance with the menu presented with the offer and approved by the Ordering Party.
