- 1. The subject of the order is the production of forms and information brochures (from the Contractor's own materials) in the years 2025-2027 and their distribution (delivery in two batches each year of the contract) to the units of the National Tax Administration along with unloading and transportationm to the warehouse indicated by an authorized employee of a given tax administration unit.
2. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), with a value of overabove the EU thresholds within the meaning of Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law (above EUR 143,000.00), in order to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Art. 311 of the Public Procurement Law
Preparation and distribution of tax forms and information brochures in 2025-2027
1. The subject of the order is to produce the mold in the years 2025-2027forms and information brochures (from the Contractor's own materials), hereinafter referred to as "forms and information brochures" and their distribution (delivery in two batches each year of the contract) to the units of the National Tax Administration along with unloading and transport tothe warehouse indicated by an authorized employee of a given tax administration unit.
