Description: 1. The order of the Order is the preparation and implementation of the promotion campaign of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship promoting the broadly understood tourism industry (including health and health tourism, business tourism) and the region's economy sectors.
2. The order of the order will be divided into the third stages.
3. This does not provide:
- a framework contract;
- orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law;
- electronic auction;
- granting advances for the performance of the contract;
- reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to art. 261 of the PZP Act;
- Employment requirements for persons, for subdivisions Art. 95 of the PZP Act;
