3.1. The basic subject of the contract is the implementation of 55 planned inspections - covering both the inspections of performance and verification of expenses - in entities implementing the projects (final recipients of support - hereinafter) as part of the A4.3.1 investmentThe "resistance and development of social economy and social entrepreneurship" program for 2022-2025 of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity.
3.2. As part of the subject of the contractcarrying out additional inspections of projects, i.e.:: 5 planned inspections,
2) 10 durability controls.

The contracting authority informs that the right option is the entitlement of the Ordering Party, which he may, but does not have to use as part of this order. Exercising the right of options, in full orIn part, it is reserved to the exclusive decision of the Ordering Party. If the contracting authority fails to take advantage of the options in whole or part of the Contractor, there will be no additional remuneration or any claim.
