Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of hot meals to customers of the OPS District of Praga Pnoc in the capital city. Warsaw, 7 days a week. 2. The Contractor undertakes to provide the service from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and from 12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. on Sunday. every week.3. The Ordering Party allowed the bar and eatery to be closed on public holidays (public holidays, e.g. New Year's Day), provided, however, that the Contractor notifies customers several days in advance about the date of closing of the bar, eatery, or closed on the basis of the acts. generally applicable law (e.g. in connection with the COVID19 epidemic).4. Meals will be served on the basis of the HOT MEAL DELIVERY CARD, which the Ordering Party will provide to the Contractor no later than one day before the start of the new month. These cards, along with the amount of meals received, will be attached to the website every month. to the invoice issued by the Contractor. The Contractor shall submit HOT MEAL DELIVERY CARDS to the Ordering Party for the month to which the invoice relates by the 5th day of the following month. 5.
