The subject of the order is the preparation of opinions in the form of appraisal reports specifying the value of real estate and the value of rights related to real estate, for the purposes of property management by the Municipality of Olsztyn and the State Treasury.2. The order includes the performance of real estate appraisals developed and undeveloped land, as well as residential and non-residential premises located in the city of Olsztyn, along with assessing the validity of the reports prepared. In exceptional cases, real estate located in neighboring communes may be valued. 3. The order includes preparation, for various purposes, of real estate appraisals in the following scope: 1) determining the value of undeveloped land real estate, the expected preparation of 215 appraisal reports; 2) determining the value of real estate with outlays or a built-up garage or building economic premises with a built-up area of up to 30 m2 or a TRAFO station, etc., preparation of two appraisal reports is expected; 3) determining the value of real estate with a building or a complex of buildings with a total usable area of up to 500 m2 predict...
