Description:
1. The scope and subject of the order includes: Preparation of appraisals including real estate valuations - premises in the expected number of 130 pieces, 15 buildings over 100 m2 and 40 construction inventories. 1) First, the Contractor is obliged to prepare a construction inventory of the premises in order to obtain a certificate of independence of the premises by the Ordering Party, and after obtaining it, prepare an appraisal report of the premises.2) The subject of the valuation is premises for residential or non-residential purposes, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.3) The appraisal report of the premises should it also included the valuation of the share in the land and possible expenditure incurred in the premises by the tenant.4) In order to correctly determine the subject of the valuation, the Contractor will be obliged, before preparing each valuation report, to: - make an inventory of the premises and the rooms belonging to it, together with with measurements of their usable areas, - preparation of stacked horizontal projections (sketch of the premises and rooms belonging to it), illustrating the premises and the room belonging to it and their location in the building, - calculations of the share in cz...
