Task 1: Determining a change of the local spatial development plan of the Pilchowice commune, covering the area of the Pilchowice STAG I settlement unit (limits of the local plan change include a complex of real estate in the area of Leboszowska Street), as the implementation of resolution No. LXX/512/22 of February 22 of February 22 2024 on the proceedings of the change of the local spatial development plan of the Pilchowice commune, covering the area of the Pilchowice STAD I settlement unit (link to resolution: https://bip.pilchowice.pl/planowanie-przestrzenne/zmiana-miejscowy-plan-zagowodowania-przestrzennych-pilchowice-zloza-piasku/?download=554).zmiana The local plan is dictated by the needs of introducing necessary changes for the protection of documented from Kopalin (ZOA Piaskw) resulting from the decision issued by the Marshal of the Lord's Voivodship (Geological Documentation) in Pilchowice in the area of ul. Leboszowska. The study covers an area of approx. 107.4 ha within the limits specified on the beginning to the abovementioned resolutions.
