1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the development of complete documentation design and cost estimate together with obtaining a valid building permit and providing author's supervision for the investment titled "Modernization of energy management in the Clinical Provincial Hospital No. 2 of St. Jadwiga the Queen in Rzeszow"
2. The subject of the order includes the execution of two (2) complete design documentation titled:
1) "Reconstruction and construction of internal sanitary and electrical installations as part of the Modernization of Energy Management task at the St. Jadwiga the Queen Provincial Clinical Hospital in Rzeszow,"
2) "Reconstruction and construction of new infrastructure electricity on the hospital premises as part of the task "Modernization of energy management in the Clinical Provincial Hospital of St. Jadwiga the Queen in Rzeszow",
and performing author's supervision covering construction works carried out on the basis of prepared design documentation, incl dates specified in the Schedule. The design documentation will be developed on the basis of the requirements and comments of the Users provided by the Ordering Party, the Description of the Subject of the Order and on the basis of administrative decisions.
3. The subject of the order will be performed according to the following stages:
