- The subject of the order is: Preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the investment project titled: The expansion of the district road No. 2923C Kobia Szczytno from km 1+980 to km 6+915 is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation and technical specifications for construction and acceptance of construction works in accordance with applicable legal regulations, standards and in accordance with the planned scope of work and in accordance with the requirements of the ordering party in the road, electrical, sanitary and telecommunications industries, along with obtaining the necessary arrangements, opinions and permits and exercising supervision copyright. The study will include, among others: description of the subject of the order in the procedure for awarding a public contract for the performance of construction works for the above-mentioned investment task. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. In the event that the description the subject of the contract includes a reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the PPL, the Ordering Party allows offering solutions equivalent to those described under condition...
