The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as the documentation) along with obtaining opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by construction law, and performing author's supervision for the following task: Settlement number of the task: 03-02-2.1-09; Name of the task: Preparation of design documentation for the task: Reconstruction of the bridge in the section 133 f Melsztyn Forest District; Location: Melsztyn Forestry, registration plot no. 181 (district: Zawada LanckoroΕska), forest address no. 03-02-1-03-133-f; Description: The task will consist in preparing design documentation for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing bridge into an engineering structure adapted to the amount of flowing water on the WieleΕ watercourse. The task will include the preparation of a Construction Design along with obtaining a set of legally required decisions, permits and arrangements necessary to obtain a valid and final building permit based on the design concept. and documentation provided by the Ordering Party.
