The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as the documentation) along with obtaining opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by construction law, as well as performing author's supervision for the following tasks:
Part I: Construction of a retention reservoir in the Walidrogi forestry, with an area of approximately 30 ares, a depth of approximately 1.5 m and a capacity of less than 4,500 m3, including excavations in the ground, building a dike and building a dam or a gate at ditch no. 848 supplying water. Location: Walidrogi forestry, forest address 02-40-1-05-599-j; Tarnow Opolski commune, Tarnow Opolski registration district, plot: 84/1.
Part II: Construction of a retention reservoir in the Grotowice forestry, with an area of approximately 25 ares, a depth of approximately 1.5 m and a capacity of not less than 3,700 m3, including excavations in the ground, building a dike and building a monk or a gate next to the water supply ditch. Location: forestry Grotowice, forest address 02-40-1-06-621-g; Tarnow Opolski commune, Kosorowice registration district, plot: 106/5.
Part III: - Construction of a retention reservoir in the Walidrogi forest, with an area of approximately 30 ares, a depth of approximately 1.5 m, including excavations in the ground, building a dike and building monk or gate at the water supply ditch. Location: Walidrogi forestry, forest address 02-40-1-05-594-d; Tarnow Opolski commune, Walidrogi registration district, plot: 79/5.
