Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of the southern stand on the so-called the first arc (connection of the main stand with the eastern stand) of the municipal stadium. Marshal Jzef Pisudski at ul. Sportowa 2 w Bydgoszcz and obtaining on behalf of the Investor the necessary decisions, opinions and permits for the implementation of the project, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Specification of Order Conditions with annexes, including the Annex entitled Description of the subject of the order.2. Ordering party provides in an editable version its documentation of the southern stand construction projects developed in 2021 in order to introduce all changes required by the Ordering Party, the User and the currently applicable regulations. Furthermore, any differences must be taken into account the existing condition necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order, including the modernization of the drainage of the ball track carried out in 2024 and the reconstruction of the stadium lighting in 2025.
