1. The basic order includes the development and submission in paper and electronic versions of: 1) a construction design consisting of: a) a land development design prepared on a current map for design purposes, b) an architectural and construction design together with the accompanying technical infrastructure including: sanitary sewage, water supply, lighting, drainage, c) multi-discipline technical design for all industries, d) architectural and construction design and technical interference removal design for each industry in accordance with applicable requirements; 2) executive designs for all industries, and also the detailed design for the removal of conflicts, 3) investor cost estimates for all industries, 4) bill of quantities, 5) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for all industries (road, sanitary, electrical, greenery), 6) greenery design and its inventory, 7) execution a greenery design of the clip and clips with investments and a possible design of the compensation seeding in the case of planned cutting of trees and shrubs due to collisions with their above -ground and underground worship, 8) water supply...
