Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernization and change of use of the building at ul. Dmowskiego 47, which includes the execution of: 1) mycological and construction certificate regarding external walls, foundation walls, basement walls and ceilings in the building, 2) energy and lighting audit prepared on the basis of applicable standards and regulations, 3) technical expertise on the fire protection condition of the building, adapting the building to current fire protection regulations, agreed at the State Fire Service in Piotrkow Trybunalski, 4) inventory architectural and construction design of the health clinic building with sanitary and technical facilities, 5) assessment of the technical condition of the building verifying the scope of work, with particular emphasis on facades and roofs, as well as the possibility of adapting the building for disabled people, 6) technical expertise on the durability and plaster thickness taking into account the possibility of making new plastered electrical installations,7) visualization - a minimum of 4 external intakes for all walls of the building,8) maps for design purposes (matrices) prepared by the Geodesy Workshop,9) possible I'll agree...
