Description:
The subject of the order is the development of design documentation, obtaining all necessary permits for the thermal modernization of the building of the Klucze Commune Office, along with the construction of an underground parking lot. The task includes: 1) preparation of an inventory of the building and building partitions, along with the implementation of the necessary open pits in order to select the correct thermal insulation solutions along with the repair of places left by open pits, 2) preparation of an expert opinion on the technical condition of the building (including the internal and external electrical installation), chimney flues, indicating the necessary scope to be included in the design in order to maintaining the correct technical condition of the buildings, correct operation of ventilation, 3) developing a visualization of the building along with the parking lot and land development, 4) preparing an estimated cost estimate, in particular necessary to submit an application for funding, 5) preparing a description of the scope material, in detail needed to submit an application for co-financing,6) development of a construction design for the thermal modernization of the building and the construction of a dual-purpose underground parking lot (1 floor, min. 40 parking spaces, net height min. 2.40 m),7) Pro...
