- Preparation for the Ordering Party of comprehensive documentation of the construction and executive design and execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Establishment and equipment of the Modern Didactics and Microbiological Diagnostics laboratory" in Katowice Ligota at street Medyków 18. 1. The subject of this procedure is to provide the Ordering Party with comprehensive multi-discipline documentation and construction works together with the delivery of materials and equipment in the "design and build" formula for the task titled: "Creation and equipment for the "Modern Didactics and Microbiological Diagnostics" laboratory in Katowice Ligota at ul. Medyków 18. The subject of the order includes: 1) Development of complete multi-discipline design documentation (hereinafter referred to as: "Documentation") along with obtaining (if necessary) permits/notifications based on: a) Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU), b) Specification of specialized equipment prepared by the Ordering Party. 2) Execution of construction works together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and equipment on the basis of the multi-discipline design documentation developed by the Contractor, referred to in point 1) above, and ensuring author's supervision over the implementation of the works in accordance with the developed design documentation. 3) Cooperation with suppliers specialist equipment referred to in point 1)(b) above to the extent necessary for its installation and commissioning (both during the preparation of the Documentation and the implementation of construction works) and furniture, including laboratory furniture. above equipment will be ordered by the Ordering Party in separate public procurement proceedings. 2.
