Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of a concept, development design and architectural and construction design together with information on safety and health protection, energy performance certificates for buildings, and the necessary documentation industry estimates, initial cost estimates and investor cost estimates, arrangements, decisions and obtaining a valid building permit, inventory of greenery (hereinafter referred to as project documentation for the purposes of these proceedings) and supervision author's supervision over the compliance of implemented investments with project documentation. 2. The location of the investment referred to in section 1 is intended for real estate owned by the Opole Commune, located on plots no. 706, 715, 723, 739, 738, 750, 760 Obrb Pwie, described in the local development plan in the area of Wrocawska and Pnocna streets in Opole no. B92, as an area of 3MW and 4 MW
