Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of a construction and executive design as well as construction and assembly works according to this design for the task "Replacement of HV transformers at the Pasłęk station, including the replacement of the existing two 110/15 kV transformers TR1 and TR2 with a capacity of 16 MVA with two transformers with power 31.5 MVA each.
1.1. Scope of the order:
a) performance of the necessary earthworks related to the dismantling of existing elements in the
station area: the structure of the cable bridge and MV cables between TR1 and TR2 and the MV switchgear, the structures (ties) of the existing TR stations and control cables for the exchangerunits;
b) carrying out the necessary earthworks related to the installation of new elements at the station
- excavations for the needs of running MV and control cabling at the station and new structures of power transformer stations, cable bridge and neutral point earthing switches TR;
c) disassembly of MV cables run between TR1 and TR2 stations and the MV switchgear;
d) disassembly and transfer of the existing power transformers TR1 (16 MVA) and TR2 (16 MVA) to the Investor's storage reserve (the scope of work includes disconnecting the transformers both on the HV and MV sides and secondary circuits, rolling out from the stands, loading and transporting to the premises of GPZ Kwidzyn Cellulose);
e) disassembly of existing power transformer stands made in the form of rails based on prefabricated PPT concrete sleepers, removal of curbs and ballast at the TR stand;
