The subject of the order is the development of a construction design and detailed designs along with obtaining administrative decisions necessary for the expansion of ul. Metryczna and Bruzdowa as part of the investment project entitled "Expansion of Metryczna and Bruzdowa streets on the section from S2 to Gratyny street - preparatory works." The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) preparatory work, 2) obtaining decision on environmental conditions (DÅU) along with the preparation of all necessary studies to obtain it, in particular the Project Information Card; 3) obtaining a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment along with carrying out all necessary studies for its implementation obtaining, 4) development of promotional and information materials, 5) development of a construction design together with geotechnical documentation; 6) development of executive designs, 7) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 8) development of maps with the planned division real estate, 9) preparation of bills of quantities, 10) preparation of the investor's cost estimate and cost estimate form for the offer, 11) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works.
