Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of a Construction Design, Technical Design together with cost estimates for the superstructure, renovation and thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building at 49 Osowska Street in Warsaw. 2. Detailed scope the order for three modules is specified in the contract template together with the description of the subject of the order and its annexes, which constitute Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3. The scope of the order also includes author's supervision and support of the Ordering Party at the stage conducting the contract award procedure, as a result of which the Contractor of construction works will be selected (including, among others, preparing explanations of the content of the design documentation). Agreement for author's supervision and support of the Ordering Party at the stage of conducting the procedure will constitute 10% of the gross value of the "construction module" and "adjacent area development module" and will be concluded no later than within 3 business days from the date of initiation of the procedure on selection of the Contractor for construction works in accordance with the provisions of the template supervision agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
