Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of a Construction Design, Technical Design together with cost estimates for the thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building at ul. Kawcza 49 in Warsaw, along with author's supervision and designer's participation in the proceedings tender on the part of the Ordering Party. 2. The detailed scope of the order for the three modules is specified in the contract template together with the description of the subject of the order and its annexes, which constitute Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3.The scope of the order also includes supervision copyright and support for the Ordering Party at the stage of conducting the contract award procedure, as a result of which a contractor for construction works will be selected (including, among others, preparing explanations of the content of the design documentation). Agreement for providing author's supervision and support to the Ordering Party at the stage of conducting the procedure will constitute 10% of the gross value of the "construction module" and "adjacent area development module" and will be concluded no later than within 3 days working days from the date of initiation of the procedure to select a contractor for construction works in accordance with the provisions of the model supervision agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
