The subject of the order is to prepare, deliver and issue dinners for children from the team School-school in Ladach, Primary School Father J. Poniatowski and meals as part of the poorest children implemented by the Employer.
1. The subject of the contract is: preparation, delivery and issuing of dinners for children from the School and Preschool Complex in Ladach, Primary School Father J. Poniatowski and meals as part of the Program of the poorest children implemented by the Employer in the scope of:
a) Preparation, delivery and issuing of dinners for children from the School and Preschool Complex in Ładach Primary School Jozef Poniatowskiego, Dawidy Bankowe, ul. Długa 49 05-090 Raszyn-settlements directly with parents/ legal guardians of children in the scope of "boiler load",
b) Preparation, delivery and issuing of dinners for children as part of the Program for feeding the poorest children financed from the funds Ordering Party,
c) providing the canteen rooms - the contractor will be obliged to equip the kitchen and canteens with equipment necessary to prepare and issue meals in accordance with currently applicable regulations, in particular with table pledge, cutlery, scrubber for cleaning floor, funds Chemical for cleaning and dishwasher as well as tablet salt for softeners for the entire duration of the contract.
