Brief description of the subject of the order: As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide: 1. Preparation, delivery and serving of a meal for 1,550 people, consisting of the products presented: 1) urek (soup based on meat stock thickened with sourdough bread) with egg (300 ml 1 pc/person),2) Warsaw-style pork loin (loin pockets stuffed with egg-horseradish paste, completely immersed in jelly, served on a platter) - (150 g/person), 3) Eggs stuffed with mushrooms (half of a hard-boiled egg stuffed with teak, mushrooms, mayonnaise, zi, e.g. dill, parsley) - 0.5 pcs/person(approx. 60 g/person), 4) White sausage (pork meat with ham, min. 90%), warm (100 g/person), 5) Pork loin rolls stuffed with bacon and pickled cucumber served on warm in dill sauce (portion of pork loin (approx. 100 g), mustard, 2 slices of bacon, pickled cucumber (approx. 30-40 g), sauce -ana, vegetable broth, fresh dill, butter, lemon juice, spices) (150 g/person), 6) Vegetable salad (potatoes, carrots, parsley, eggs, pickled cucumbers, onion, apple, green peas, mayonnaise ) - (100 g/person), 7) Potato salad (potatoes, celery, pickled cucumber, mayon...
