Description:
Preparation of an appraisal report specifying the value of the ownership right to real estate located in Białystok, marked in the survey of land and buildings register of area 11, number 1158/3, with an area of 0.0122 ha and 1171/4 with an area 0.0358 ha, including separately the value of land and the value of expenditure on real estate, which, based on the final decision of the Mayor of Białystok, ref. no. DGE-IV.6831.68.2023 of June 19, 2023, was separated into a public road and became the property of the Białystok Commune by operation of law, in order to agree on compensation under Art. 98 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on the economy real estate (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1145, as amended).
