- 1. The subject of the order includes the preparation of two design and cost estimate documentation: 1) Design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the road for bicycles and pedestrians and preparation of new documentation on sections where there is no road for bicycles along the national road no. 61 (ul. Warszawska) to the street Fishermen. The investment task includes the development of approximately 4,046 m2. The Designer is obliged, on behalf of the Ordering Party, to obtain a construction permit or to notify the execution of road works and obtain a certificate of no objection to the notified works (Masovian Voivode).2) Documentation design and cost estimate for bicycle paths along the street. Fishermen from the national road no. 61 to the flood embankment of the Narew River. The investment task includes the development of approximately 1,838 m2 and a bicycle and pedestrian path on the Narew River flood embankment to the border with Wieliszew Communes. Investment task covers the development of approximately 1,500 m2. The Designer is obliged, on behalf of the Ordering Party, to obtain a construction permit or to notify the execution of road works and obtain a certificate of no objection to the notified works (Starosta legionowski).
