- The subject of the order includes: 1. as part of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Order"), preparation of design documentation along with the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions enabling the implementation of construction and reconstruction investments water reservoirs in the Chrzanów Forest District in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ), 2. as part of the order including an option (hereinafter referred to as the "Option"), providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works performed based on for the design documentation referred to in point 2.1.1.1. The Ordering Party will be entitled to submit a declaration on the use of the Option or part of it during the term of the contract for the implementation of the Subject of the order. The ordering party may not use the Option or use the Option to an incomplete extent, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party in this respect.
