• The subject of the order includes: 1. as part of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Order"), preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions allowing for the implementation of the construction investment in Chrzanów Forest District dam/retention reservoirs or equivalent (bead) reservoirs in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ), 2. as part of an order including an option (hereinafter referred to as the "Option") to provide supervision copyright over the implementation of construction works performed on the basis of the design documentation referred to in point 1. The Ordering Party will be entitled to submit a declaration on the use of the Option or part thereof during the term of the contract for the implementation of the Subject Matter. orders.
