- The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of the ChomiceNiezabyszewo bicycle path along with obtaining a construction permit or a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment. The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of the path. ChomiceNiezabyszewo bicycle path with a length of approx. 4,300 meters (overview in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to SWZ). A path should be designed along the existing railway embankment with a width of min. 3 m and bituminous surface (unless the width of the embankment does not allow for 3 m, then a path width of at least 2.5 should be considered m) and hardened roadsides on both sides, 0.5 m wide. As part of the study, a solution should be designed to ensure the collection of rainwater from the planned path. As part of the study, a crossing with the railway line No. 212 should be designed and the designed solution should be agreed with the Railway Lines Plant in Gdynia. The documentation should be prepared in accordance with: - guidelines for designing infrastructure for bicycles, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, - a catalog of typical structures, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
