Description:
The subject of the order includes:
1. as part of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Order"), preparation of design documentation along with the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions enabling the implementation of the investment of construction of 46 fords in the Jeleśnia Forest District in accordance with the subject description order constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ),
2. as part of the order including an option (hereinafter referred to as the "Option"), providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works based on the design documentation referred to in point 1. The Ordering Party will be entitled to submit a declaration on the use of the Option or part thereof during the term of the contract for the implementation of the Subject of the order.
