Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of ul. Sarabandes in the Ursynow District of the capital city Warsaw, including author's supervision during the implementation of construction works,
The subject of the order divided into stages:
a) Under stage I: development of a complete one design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of Sarabandy Street along with drainage on the section from ul. Karczunkowska to the border of plot no. 4/3 from area 1-09-65, including obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment under the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads, hereinafter referred to as the ZRID decision.
Existing land infrastructure networks: gas, water, sewage, energy, telecommunications.
The length of the designed street section is approximately 420 meters
The deadline for completion of Stage I is 380 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
b) As part of stage II: development of complete design and construction cost estimate documentation Sarabandy Street along with drainage on the section from the border of plot no. 4/3 from the area 1-09-65 to ul. Baletowa, including obtaining a decision about permission for the implementation of a road investment pursuant to the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads, hereinafter referred to as the ZRID decision.
