• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the investment titled: Construction of the Topol II Center in Jastrbia Gra. The subject of the above-mentioned the future investment will be the construction of the Topola II Recreation Center, including the construction of approximately 12 houses seasonal, administrative and economic building and development of the area with appropriate infrastructure and recreational facilities in Jastrbia Gra on a plot with an area of ​​approx. 2,750 m2. Before starting design work, the Designer is obliged to submit proposed solutions and obtaining their acceptance from the Ordering Party. 2. Deadline for completing the subject of the order: up to 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including: - up to 3 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, presenting at least three variants of the concept to the Ordering Party design design of the area along with three visualizations of the proposed houses, including a detailed layout of the rooms, as well as possible equipment options and their agreement with the Ordering Party; - up to 2 months from the date of selection of the concept, project development construction and submitting it to the Puck County Office; - within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, providing the Ordering Party with complete documentation...
