Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of the heating network on campus. The documentation is necessary for the Ordering Party to announce and conduct a public procurement procedure under the Public Procurement Law. Characteristics facility:The underground heating network is located on the campus at ul. Rudzka 13 in Rybnik and runs through plots with registration numbers: 243, 245, 246, 3036/160, 4695/249, 4696/249. The complex of buildings of the former Brotherhood hospital (currently a complex of higher schools) is historic in nature and is entered into the municipal register belonging to the Municipal Conservator of Monuments in Rybnik. Length of the network to be modernized: approximately 142 m. Required scope of study: 1) concept: - the contractor prepares the concept within a period not exceeding 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, - deadline for approval or the Ordering Party may submit comments on the concept within 10 days from the date of submission by the Contractor. 2) land development design, 3) architectural and construction design and technical design.
