Description:
The subject of the order includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of multi-family residential buildings (front buildings and outbuildings) at ul. Jagielloska 9 in Warsaw. The subject of the order includes performance by the Contractor documentation divided into two separate parts, including: part I. containing design documentation and cost estimates regarding the reconstruction of buildings; part II. including documentation of design and cost estimates, regarding the development of land without buildings. Detailed method implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the specification of the terms of the order together with annexes constituting its integral part, i.e. the draft provisions of the contract consisting of the Detailed Conditions of the contract called WSU in the order documents and the General Terms and Conditions of the contract for design and cost estimate documentation, called OWUP in the order documents (Appendix No. 10 to the WSU) - together with annexes, i.e., among others Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 2 to the contract and Building finishing standard, Appendix No. 3 to the agreement and Documentation-Query Appendix No. 8 to SWZ.
