Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation and obtaining a decision on a building permit or a certificate of lack of grounds for objection to the notification of construction or other construction works, adapting all technical solutions to applicable regulations and performing author's supervision, taking into account the possible need for the Contractor to obtain the necessary approvals (e.g. occupational health and safety, fire protection), decisions, maps, tests, inventories and others necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order for the buildings:
1) Kindergartens Local government no. 17 named after Jan Brzechwa with Integration Branches
and Specialized located at ul. Hirszfelda 15 in Wałbrzych,
2) Branch of the Local Government Kindergarten No. 17. and Special ones at ul. Sosnowa 25a in Wałbrzych
(for each building separately), w as part of the investment project entitled: "Replacement of heat sources and improvement of energy efficiency of kindergartens in Wałbrzych".
The subject of the Agreement provides for the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation based on currently applicable regulations and the Ordering Party's guidelines based on held by the Ordering Party: construction inventory and energy audit.
The contractor is obliged to prepare design and cost estimate documentation in accordance with the Regulations for selecting projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component B "Zielo...
