Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction and expansion of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department's headquarters in Brusy as part of the task entitled Support for the rescue and crisis management system in the Brusy commune. 2. Subject of the order:are: a) preparation of a map for design purposes, b) performance of an energy audit and the necessary tests and technical assessments, c) preparation and submission for approval to the Ordering Party of construction designs for all industries, developed in such detail as to enable obtaining a permitfor construction and execution of technical designs; d) obtaining the required regulations and permits; e) preparing and submitting to the competent authority an application for a construction permit/notification of works that do not require a construction permit to the extent covered by the prepared design documentation and anyunnecessary documents and arrangements necessary to submit the above-mentioned application; f) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, g) preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates, h) land development, 3.
