Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the ground floor of the NBP District Branch building in Wroclaw.2. The subject of the order will be implemented in the following time. stages: 1) Stage I, execution of pre-design and necessary works expert opinions, possible modification of the conceptual design and development of design documentation including: - architectural and construction design, - land development design (if required), - technical design and interior design, - executive design in the scope of furniture and movable equipment elements, - and graphic elements of the exhibition and visual identification, - investor cost estimates in all industries, 2) Stage II a) submission of an application or applications by the Contractor, acting on behalf of the Ordering Party, to Lower Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Wroclaw to obtain a final decision to carry out construction works in a historic building, and b) submission of an application or applications by the Contractor to the Mayor of Wroclaw (Department of Architecture and Monuments Wrocław City Hall) for issuing a decision on a building permit, .3) Stage III preparation of the remaining part of the Design Documentation...
