Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) development of comprehensive multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Reconstruction of part of the B wing of the main hospital complex in order to create a complex of Outpatient Specialist Care rooms, hereinafter referred to as Investment task together with obtaining a decision on a building permit (if applicable, in the absence of the need to obtain a decision on a building permit, the designer's declaration in this respect must be submitted); 2) performing author's supervision during construction works entitled: "Reconstruction of part wing B of the main hospital complex to create a complex of Outpatient Specialist Care rooms. As part of the author's supervision, the Contractor will be obliged to cooperate with the Ordering Party also at the stage of the public procurement procedure for the performance of construction works on the principles specified in part V section 1 point 1 OPZ (planned date of launching the procedure for the execution of construction works: Q2 2026).2.
