- 1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with providing author's supervision for the task titled: Reconstruction of municipal roads in Winoujcie: ul. Kapitaska Cz I and ul. sailing part II carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 regarding the detailed scope and form of the construction design (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022, item 1679) and obtaining the final implementation decision, in accordance with the Acts of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 418). 2. The order was divided into 2 parts: Part I, reconstruction of ul. KapitaskaPreparation of documentation design and cost estimate together with author's supervision for the task of rebuilding Kapitaska Street, a local road starting from the intersection with ul. Bolesław the Brave, 143 m long and 5 m wide, area 0002 Winoujcie. The investment area covers the plot with registration number 163, area 0002 winoujcie.The investment area is not covered by the local development plan.
