The subject of the order is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the investment task entitled: Demolition of culvert No. 1/08 and construction of a new culvert in its place under DP 2608S Al. yska in Cieszyn at the intersection with ul. Dbow, the scope of the task includes: - Development of a complete design and cost estimate documentation along with all arrangements, opinions and permits necessary for the implementation of the investment - Preparation of surveying documentation necessary to prepare the task for implementation in the scope of the section covered by the study (division and takeover of real estate planned road lane); - Obtaining a decision on the implementation of a road investment (or construction permit) on behalf of the Ordering Party. - Providing author's supervision during actual implementation tasks.
