Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: Extension of the district road No. 1428K Bochnia Niedzieliska in the towns of Rzezawa and Borek, along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) with immediate effect. feasibility.2. As part of the agreed offer price, the Contractor is obliged to conduct author's supervision over the design and cost estimate (i.e. supervise the compliance of the implemented investment with the project and agree on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions in relation to project). In the course of carrying out the designed construction works, the Contractor is obliged to visit the construction site (at least 3) at the written request of the Employer submitted at least three days in advance. The designer's stay on the construction site resulting from design errors is not a stay under supervision copyright.3. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.
